We loved this hotel! The location is fantastic—so close to restaurants and museums that we walked everywhere and didn't need a taxi. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The hotel's restaurant and coffee shop serve really good food! Our room featured both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and it was cleaned every day. We will definitely be coming back!

This was my second time visiting Oaxaca, and this hotel truly stood out. The location is excellent—easy to get around and perfectly situated for exploring the city.
The property itself is beautifully decorated and feels very well cared for. Everything was pristine, from the rooms to the common areas. The coffee shop was a highlight on its own—excellent coffee and truly great sandwiches. We didn’t get a chance to dine at the restaurant, but based on the quality of what we had at the café, I can only imagine how good it must be.
The pool area is very nice and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and inviting. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the service. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and attentive.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Oaxaca. A solid 10 out of 10—highly recommended.

Great location with tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2 blocks away from the main plaza . We loved the hotel architecture and the decoration of the hotel and the rooms

I loved this hotel! It was so beautiful with the traditional Spanish style architecture. The location was perfect close to the markets and the city center parks. The staff was amazing!!! They were so helpful and made me feel so safe as my flight was delayed and I had to stay an extra night without my companion. I will stay there again.

Overall was a nice hotel. The air conditioning was helpful when it was hot and the room was comfortable overall. The pool was a nice amenity, but was on the small side if other people were also using it. The location was great - very close to the city center which made everything very walkable.
