We were only there for one night on our way through but would definitely stay again for longer. Very much appreciated the call we got before our stay just to check our arrangements/needs.

On arrival staff were not welcoming and could not read their own booking system. Tried to say we had not booked 2 rooms and then tried to charge again despite it being prepaid. No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting for the room deposit to be released 3 weeks later.

Clean room except for having a dirty cutlery insde the drawer, no beach view seen, staff are friendly, though we requested for a cutlery but was not given.
