Great service but very tired room.

Good staff , First time car park payment required.

Stayed a twin room with my son for one night. Staff were fantastic - really hospitable Scott, the bar manager, was really friendly and helpful - a great guy. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Room clean, comfy and quiet. Would stay again. Thank you

Was booked into wrong Leonardo hotel, staff refused to switch hotel even though there was spare rooms. Had to pay for different hotel as the original hotel was not suitable.

Its far away from things if you are looking for a base but nice hotel and nice helpful staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, slightly dated as the bathroom ceiling was cracked but was everything I needed for the 2 nights. Would be great if it had a mini fridge to keep things cool. Room was extremely hot, I went to the reception to see if I could hire a fan but they didn’t do this unfortunately. I would stay here again as it provided everything I needed, the beds were extremely comfortable also so that was a bonus.

Clean well equipped rooms, staff very helpful especially scott who was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel Is a little tired and dated (looks like some office building which has been converted?) but for a single night for a concert visit it was absolutely fine. A little further out of town but well connected with buses just outside on the main road - or by hiring a Voi electric bike if you’re a bit more savvy with Glasgow’s streets. Room was ok and quiet. No air conditioning but there was a fan, which was welcomed given the hot weather. Might not be a first choice hotel for everyone but no problems from me.
