This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very easy to access, clean and spacious rooms, well appointed with everything we needed. We had a car and had easy access to parking. Very short ride to A5 and walking distance to all the sites in old town Heidelberg. 100% would stay there again.

Location was not central to main attractions but clean and comfortable and the kitchen for simple cooking is good.

Obviously a personal opinion and reflective of what home is like. Comfortable studio with kingsize bed and twin sinks in the bathroom. Easy 10 minute walk from the main station despite ongoing construction works in the area. Easy connections to the old town and tourist areas.

Excellent room, comfortable and with fine bathroom facilities. It is a bit difficult to reach SUYTES as the access road Czernyring is closed due to roadworks. Tricky if you walk from the train station and cross Montpellierbrucke.

Clean, modern, close to the train station and very quiet. I loved having the mini kitchen as a break from dining out. Check in via the key box was easy. My only complaint is that the WiFi was so weak that I had to sit in the lobby to use FaceTime. Note: in September 2023 there is some construction that makes it confusing to get to the hotel on foot coming from the tram stop or the train station. Just cut through the parking lot of Mandy’s Fast Food, which will take you to Czernyring.

Very good hotel in a good location.

We stayed here for a week whilst visiting the area. We arrived after reception had closed, however we had been emailed a code to access a box with our keys. The property was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a bedroom and separate lounge/kitchen diner. The dishwasher was out of use and there was a bit of a mix of glasses, maybe some had been broken and not replaced. The kitchen was useful, a toaster would have been useful but not a huge issue. We didn't try the breakfast option. The windows had electric shutters which was very useful in keeping the property cool. Our apartment had air conditioning, we requested this when booking as some apartments don't have air con. The staff we dealt with were very friendly. There was a small self serve bar available at reception at reasonable prices. Around 5 minutes walk from the main station and a few stops on the tram to the main shopping area. Would stay again if in the area.
