this bed & breakfast was in a great location to travel back & forth to downtown napa. our room was spacious and bed was comfy. staff was very helpful. I wish they had better breakfast options to choose from. very quiet and peaceful to relax. I'd stay here again

Very nice place to stay specially if you want to get away from the mainstream hotels for peace and quiet, beautiful house nice pool beautiful back yard and the 3 course breakfast every morning was delicious, friendly staff, 5min to downtown nappa and they also have complimentary scharcuterie plates, crackers and water.

Excellent quiet location, away from downtown. The staff was amazing, helpful and very nice from the time we checked in. Michelle was very accommodating and just a wonderful person. Loved the 3 course breakfasts, delicious. Snacks and wine with warm homemade cookies and brownies every evening. We sat by the pool every night and watched the local duck duo enjoy the pool. The room was clean, quaint and cute reminded me of my childhood room, could use some updates but very nice and all we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our first visit to Napa amazing!

Beautiful B&B, very comfortable and the backyard was wonderful to sit in and enjoy the pool. The breakfasts were very large, plenty of food! The afternoon cookies and brownies were delicious!

Delightful stay at this quaint property. Lovely staff, clean room, and nice common area including a pool lounge area.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the staff was really friendly, the food was really special— the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel.
