很好 Very good location. Just more than 10-15 min walk to downtown shopping mall, riverboard walk and bike trails. Breakfast menu was changed every day.

低於平均 Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all right. One of the elevators was not working and it created complete chaos for guests and housekeeping personnel making it a very unsafe situation for everyone. The air Conditioner in the room was producing a real bad smell. Very few towels were provided and the room was not very clean as I could see some hair from the previous guest in the bathtub. The body soap dispenser run out of soap after one use. Shower tub was leaking water on the floor. Overall we had a poor experience.

很好 Very basic breakfast but adequate. Useful to have a kitchenette. A/C and bathroom vent were quite noisy.
Nice Vietnamese restaurants close by.

很好 We enjoyed our stay at Best Western, it's a very convenient area, there are 2 supermarkets and drugstore by the corner. 4 minutes to 17th street, there are lot of restaurants around the hotel. 8 minutes to Ctrain station which we can travel free in the downtown area.
The breakfast is provided every morning, with almost the same things.
The amenities provide by hotel are standard, they may need to be upgraded. But overall it's ok.
