Staff were helpful

The lady at the front desk was an absolute nightmare. She was disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional. She even went as far as lying to me about parking and told me that I had to park my vehicle on the side of the road! The cable TV wouldn't work for hours, and by the time it started working again, their wifi stopped working 😑. My wife and I ultimately had to lay in bed and try watching our show on her phone. Hands down the worst experience I've had at a hotel, keep in mind my wife and I travel A LOT!

Great

Great hotel just a 15 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue or about 30 minutes walk to the beach. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was included which included hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties) as well as bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt and a selection of cereal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is situated far enough away from the busy main area so the hotel is quiet.
