極佳 The customer service was exceptional. We were married by the courthouse in Santa Barbara and we stayed here right after our ceremony and the staff did everything to make our visit extra comfortable and fun because of it. Our room was clean and the bed was so soft and comfy. I loved their plush pillows. The location of the hotel is perfect,it's just walking distance from downtown activities. We will definitely be back.

Incredible front desk staff and very thoughtful amenities! Ben was so lovely and upgraded my room. Bed was super comfy, and the hotel is very dog friendly. Can't wait to come back! Tea selection in the morning could be better, but other than that, great!

The room was excellent, the rooftop pool, coffee bar in the morning, and wine reception at night were all top-notch. The staff was very friendly, the manager shook my hand and introduced himself.
