Not enough parking space. Breakfast was terrible and lady isn't kind...

Pretty good location and within walking distance of shopping and food area. Car park was limited and need to walk a few blocks to park but fess claimable from the hotel. Overall ok stay.

The overall rooms are spacious, clean and decent with basic amenities. Parking situation was confusing as there is a carpark both inside and outside the hotel. But if you come too late, you are asked to park at a paid parking lot where they will only refund ₩5000 (approx.$5). Parking staff were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with one of the hotel lobby staff member that was working at night was quite passive with his responses to our questions regarding some general enquires we had that new customers may have about the hotel’s services and amenities. We also received a noise complaint at 7-8pm saying we were too loud and stomping when we had just walked into the room which was disappointing as the hotel lists that the rooms are sound-proofed. We were disappointed that this interaction with the staff member impacted our stay in the hotel and our ability to walk comfortably around in our room. To ensure other customers have a better experience, the hotel may benefit by updating their information, amenities and services with the relevant booking websites.

The room is super spacious. I loved the big windows in the room. It’s convenient. There are plenty of good restaurants around the hotel and close to the Maeli Ollie Market. The room is well equipped with a small kitchen space, dining area and storage space. It’d be even better with some maintenance.

Shouldn’t really complain at this price but photo didn’t exactly match reality. Maybe, we got the room that is still waiting for its renovation round. View from room was good though. Being central heating and it was winter time, we checked in the day when it was the warmest winter. Had to do like all others (looking down from our window at our neighbours window), turn off the heater and open the windows to sleep.

Stayed 3 nights, 2 nights no parking available was told full. Room was nothing like picture. Furnitures and fittings were all very old run down and broken. Bathtub nice but faucet not working. Given hand towels not bath towels. Asked for extra pillow straight answer NO by reception. Told reception next day I want to check out and refund as it was the worst hotel I ever stay. Straight answer again no and suddenly can give extra pillow. Worst hotel ever stayed. Worth only 20,000won per night stay but paid about 150,000won

Room was dirty/ broken in some areas. With black scuffs on wall. Door access to bathroom from bed was nailed shut. Hand towls given in place of bath towels. Besides unpleasant room, staff was semi friendly. Would stay somewhere else for the price paid.

The hotel are overall clean and quiet and the room are bug with really nice view. Walkable distance to nearby amenities. The downside are you will need to walk abit to the amenities. The washing machine are very limited where you will find yourselves waiting for the last cycle to end. And there is nothing yet on the roof. The ovwrall hotel hotel are abit old.
