Missing some amenity

The resort offers a relatively comfortable stay and a nice location. However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. The beach terrace is also small and would benefit from expansion. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the price feels quite high for what you get.

There is no private beach please don’t waste your money.🙏😂

The vela was not clean and air condition in one room wasn’t work

I don’t know how this property has 4 stars. In my opinion, it is the worst 4 stars property I have ever seen. Staff don’t want to help gusts and not respecting their gusts! This property should educate their staff how to deal with their gusts in a 4 stars hotel. Housekeeping service is very bad and if you order anything you will wait few hours to response. The furniture needs to replaced as it is old. The bed is uncomfortable and if you turn from any side you hear the noise. Finally. I don’t recommend this property to anyone.

The resort is amazing, but bycicles are annoying. They allow people to rent them 24/7. So, you will not be able to walk, because there is no especial lane for them, nor sleep because of the noisy teenagers and kids who ride the bycicles.

I find it amazing that women are allowed to swim in their pool because it's a private beach.

The villa is nice but the housekeeping is terrible. The beach a little bit small but they have activities for the children. The smell of the villa is terrible
