We liked that they have free parking, the staff was very welcoming. I wish they had more options for food, example some fruits. At night it got pretty loud but you can’t control your guests. Besides that everything was good.

the breakfast was very good.love the selection. I give the staff a 100 Will stay again

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Garcia for his outstanding customer service. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels should have always clean towels available and not run out. Despite these minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service we received from Mr. Garcia.

Room was old but clean. House mais was great.

Desk staff was fantastic! The breakfast was fair. The hotel was a bit noisy.

The bathroom needs to be updated not the nicest looking bathroom a lot of rust and mildew.. the staff were great very nice and accommodating to everyone..the breakfast wasn’t bad wish they had a ice machine all the ice machines were down and no water included in the breakfast.. outdoor pool was dirty the water was very cloudy a lot of things floating in it we stood for 3 days and used the pool once because it was dirty.

Parking very spacious

Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working

The room never got clean o had to go ask for toilet and towels we found some bugs in our room when we go to the stop in the front. One of the gentlemen was extremely rude to my child. It’s on the spectrum. The pool was very cloudy. The gentleman was walking back-and-forth cleaning it as we was inside of the pool and left the shop knife by the pool that I had to go and take to him. My Nephew walked overtime and gave it to him. Some staff members was very nice to speak to, but some other ones was very bothered that we will even ask for questions about help. We have several people knock on our door. They don’t look like they were staying in the property with disturbance to getting woken up to.

Friendly staff I will recommend and will book again !!!!
