There was no menu for room service

Good location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Pleasant stroll along the waterfront. When the weather is too cold or windy for the rooftop bar the internal bar (by the restaurant) is not very inspiring. Good selections at breakfast, frequently refreshed.

Control to alter the temperature in the room would be useful. The room was cold and the thermostat was deactivated. Everything else about the hotel was terrific.

Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is great, even the coffee isn’t too bad. Rooms are on the smaller side and the Gym is unfortunately low on weights. Just some more dumbbells over 10kg would make a world of difference

I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake.
