Everything EXCEPT THE SHOWER was flawless. However, taking a refreshing shower at the end of the day is very important and as such the shower installation should also work flawlessly. That was not the case; fixing the support hardware, the fluctuating water temperature, the unavoidable spilling on the bathroom floor due to inadequate separation are required to ensure an enjoyable showering experience.

不錯 A bit surprised about room(313)
Wall front of window. Trash on front of window .
Room for was person not perfect of mobility which is ok .
-but after +30 years travel not very positive experience specially comparing night before in Zalau ( Ramada) which was 100% perfect .
Breakfast was good.
Payable filled water bottle is a big negative issue.

Great hotel to stay, very good breakfast, excellent restaurant! and clean room, big enough and well maintained. Underground parking is quite small (comparing with hotel size) and most of the time crowded, yet I was able to find a place every day of my journey. During my stay was a big conference event hosted by Ramada, I was a little bit worried about big number of guests, yet the hotel team handle the situation professionally avoiding disturbing normally hotel activities. Is a nice place where I'll come back for sure.

Hotel well located. Would use some refreshing inside the rooms (mainly carpet). My bathroom had some hair from the previous guest on the floor…personnel were nice though!

18 yo Ramada kept clean but very worn. Large hotel that accommodates bus tour groups so breakfast can be a free for all unfortunately. If you can get it cheaply would book

There was a party in the atrium, with an unacceptable noise level and it lasted until midnight
I was on the 4th floor — it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub

Great location near downtown Sibiu. Facility was clean and modern. Parking was on-site. Food in both, the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant was superb, and the staff was professional, friendly and helpful.
