The property was nice. The atmosphere was incredible. The property needs to be majorly upgraded. The flow of people in the lobby needs to be addressed The furniture in the rooms is severely old and outdated The Internet sucks and the cable goes in and out But the pool was nice in the atmosphere around the pool areas was very good

My stay at Eagles Aruba was truly exceptional. Ashton from the bell desk, Enrique and Diana from Tony's Bar, Brooklyn from Double Down Bar, and Luz from the gift shop provided outstanding customer service, significantly enhancing my experience. Their dedication made my stay particularly memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was especially convenient as we were traveling with our 10-month-old baby. However, there were minor issues, such as unreliable high-speed internet and occasional delays in the delivery of requested items to the room.

This is our third stay with you in Aruba, and as always, the location and rooms were wonderful. Unfortunately, this visit was marred by several issues that I feel compelled to raise. A concerning incident on our last night: One of your waiters followed my partner to the bathroom, asking him personal questions and whether he was afraid. This ended our evening immediately — my partner returned to the room while I settled the dinner and drinks bill ($70). I then went straight to reception to report the waiter’s behavior, but after a long wait with no one available, I walked back to the room — only to find the same staff member had followed me and taken note of where we were staying. This left us feeling genuinely unsafe, and we packed up and checked out the very next day. It was a frightening experience, and not one I expected from your resort. Lack of staff empowerment: Throughout our stay, we found that staff were repeatedly unable to answer basic questions without checking with someone else or redirecting us elsewhere. I’d strongly encourage more training so your team can act with confidence and resolve guest concerns directly.

The rooms are large with a kitchenette. The property is not on the beach...it is a short walk through another hotel. The staff are amazing.

Loved the 3 pools!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Eagle Aruba Resort. It was a great fit for what we were looking for and offered good value in a convenient location. The resort has a fun atmosphere with daily activities for guests, and we appreciated the live entertainment offered throughout the week. We stayed on the ground floor near the pool, so the evening music was a bit loud at times. If you're looking for a quieter stay, requesting a room on one of the upper floors may be a better option. Having a Hertz rental car location right outside the lobby was incredibly convenient, and the resort is within walking distance of Eagle Beach. We walked to Palm Beach one day and enjoyed the scenery - took ~40min. The property is also a short drive to Palm Beach, Oranjestad, and other popular attractions. The room's full kitchen was one of our favorite features. The food on-site was just okay, but it was convenient before heading out for the day. We also enjoyed seeing the iguanas that roam around the property. One tip: if you plan to spend the day at Eagle Beach, arrive early if you want shaded seating. Many guests reserve chairs by 9:00 a.m. and leave belongings there for much of the day, making it difficult to find an open spot later. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping could have been a bit more consistent, but it didn't significantly impact our experience.

Staffs services front dest or by the pool not friendly. Room service : she does the bed and gave cleaned towels only. Doesn’t pick up others things or clean up the room. Disappointed!

We stayed 8 nights (7-2026) at the Eagle Aruba. The staff was friendly & the room was clean. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen on the 4th floor overlooking the waterfall pool. The room had a pull-out sofa sleeper as well as 2 double beds. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a full-size closet with lots of hangers. The mattress on the couch was thin - that would be the only complaint about the sofabed itself. The kitchen had a full-size fridge, 2-burner stovetop, a microwave, an air fryer & a 4-cup coffee maker. It had plates, glasses, cups and utensils as well as a variety of cooking pots and pans. There was a large TV in the living room & a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom. The balcony overlooking the pool had 2 chairs & a side table. The property was well kept & the 3 pools were very clean. Spas too. Food at the bar by the adult pool was good - sandwiches, pizza, burgers. The bar staff were friendly & efficient (ask for Diana!). A new roof over the seating areas around the bar was installed during our visit, making the tables shaded. One pool had a large waterslide & shallower areas for kids. The other pool had a waterfall. The barside pool had in-pool seating. The property is adjacent to a sister property with a good restaurant and bar. It's a short walk to the beach and palapas, which are 1st come (get there early and tip the workers!). Hotel staff were helpful with getting cabs. Grocery store is closeby. We would highly recommend this hotel!
