Check in was running an hour late. Room was clean but bathroom needs an upgrade. Spa unavailable as booked. Staff friendly but couldn't really help with the one of the rooms being unavailable at the check in time. Valet was busy so make sure you're not in a hurry for your vehicle

We will not hesitate to revisit in the future, perfect location for everything, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, nice restaurant (although only used for breakfast on our departure day as Queenstown has so much to offer!). Only improvement would be to refurbish the outdated bathroom, that said it did the job.

If you're visiting Queenstown, this is absolutely the best location. It is an easy walk to all the best restaurants and attractions. And the Thrifty car hire is right across the street. We stayed for a week. We hired a car for the last three days to do some day trips. We found overnight car parking on the street but you have to pay after 9am. Some of the hotel's facilities need some work. In the laundry, 3 of the 6 machines were out of order. And the spa was out of action. We went to the outdoor hot pools up by the gondola. We would definitely stay here next time if we come to Queenstown again.

Breakfast was excellent but amenities were bad . Not even a small water bottle in the room . Just left empty jug with a note to fill it from water station.

Staff were all great. Breakfast was great. Valet service was great. Only negative would be the bathrooms are a bit outdated. Otherwise a great stay & we would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown.

Our greeting on arrival was poor. We felt like we were imposing. Apart from reception staff all others were super friendly and very helpful. Hotel needs some love. Our room was clean and bed very comfy.

The room was modern and clean. Very conveniently located in the heart of town, but also quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to store our luggage after checkout. Staff were helpful recommending sights and transport options.
