The superior garden room was large and immaculately clean, with a lovely garden view.
Location was very close to everything.
The staff sorted out a booking problem very efficiently.
The pool area is lovely. There are however 41 steps to the pool, anyone with a disability or elderly would struggle to access this.
The breakfast was lovely, staff at breakfast are excellent and food delicious.
Hotel very quiet at night.

The hotel is well located in Otranto, there is a free car park. The staff were very helpful we used their Lido recommendation which was very good.
The room was very spacious although a little dated. The balcony is quite narrow & shared with adjoining rooms-not suitable to sit out
Breakfast was plentiful but biased towards sweet cakes & pastries.
The hotel was super clean
Pool area with sun beds was relaxing, accessed by many steps so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility

Our room was very large and clean. Breakfasts were good. The location is great and if you don’t want to pay to park in the hotel there is a free option nearby. The spa area is ok but you have to pay 30 euros per person for 90 mins. The WiFi in our room didn’t work for the first 2 days of our trip which was very annoying and no one seemed to care.

Nice hotel in a fabulous location walkable to all sites, shops, bars & restaurants. Great base to visit other parts of Puglia. Swimming pool a 5* plus facility. Bug room, decent breakfast, didn’t like paying for parking on top of room rate!
