The staff was very kind to me. It was very clean. They have a decent TV that you can watch your own movies on

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, as advertised. The rooms are in desperate need of updating or, at the very least, regular maintenance. It smells of mildew, the shower drain takes forever to kick in and start draining Breakfast buffet is very minimalistic.
Rooftop pool only has chairs; no loungers available.
Not at all what I was expecting.

We were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The breakfast is varied and one needs to be reminded that we are in Vietnam. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant staff are excellent. Nothing appears to be too much trouble.
Room was upgraded and cleaned and serviced everyday. It is possible to see the sea from the bedroom window but the best spot is from the infinity pool on the roof.

Don’t be fooled about the name of this hotel, yes it probably was luxurious about 15 years ago , however this place needs a revamp urgently. Room was value for money, cheap and so was the room. Breakfast was basic. The staff were friendly and helpful, however I believe the management needs to have a good look at spending some money on this property or change the name !! More details on google maps reviews with pictures.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps they could rotate the breakfast menu a little more. Excellent location with everything at your fingertips. The building soundproofing is not great for street noise at night. All in all great value for money.
