Family with bigger size booking 2 rooms should be given the room next to each other. Where i was given rooms on 2 different floors

I had a very good stay at Swissôtel Makkah. I stayed for a solo trip, and overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was particularly good, with a good variety of options. I was also impressed with the lifts — even though the hotel was busy, they were surprisingly fast and I never had to wait too long. One thing that really stood out was the helpfulness of the concierge team. On Friday, with the Pakistani and Turkish Prime Ministers visiting and my flight from Jeddah at 4pm after Jumu’ah, I was concerned about the traffic and road restrictions and whether I would make it to the airport on time. The concierge reassured me that they would help arrange a local taxi and make sure I got to the airport on time. Thankfully, I already had my own taxi arranged, and the driver had the required permit to use the special routes, so we were able to get through the traffic and make it to Jeddah on time. I really appreciated the concierge taking the time to reassure me and offer their help. The only downsides were that the prayer room was quite far, and the view of the Haram from the prayer room wasn’t as impressive as the one I experienced at the Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower. Overall, it was a very good experience. Great location, excellent breakfast, fast lifts and helpful staff. I would definitely consider staying at Swissôtel Makkah again.

Great stay

Hotel propre et bien géré

Building need some maintenance, toilets need some upgrade. Lifts system is useless, Not many lift available and it take ages. Room were good but could be better, no space to pray Salah in yhe room but good thing you can hear azan and salah

Our overall stay was great over here. From Check in to check out everything was great. Rafal helped us with smooth check in and provided us with all the required information briefly and was very welcoming. Room was also with a breathtaking view of Kabaa same as we saw during our booking. Overall experience was great over here.
