It is very close to Sagrada Familia. But it is a bit out of the way to the other points of interests. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby.

Staff was very helpful regarding check-in and recommendations for eating - loved that staff was always available day or night. Great location and neighborhood, reasonable prices for twin room with fridge and washer/dryer.

The gentlement at the front desk is very helpful, he always has answers for my questions. He helped us to hail a taxi, and provide us information around the area.
The family said there seemed to be bugs on their bed as they got bites and we requested for change of beddings and no more issues.
The floor is a bit dusty but you can always request the front desk to send the cleaning lady for room cleaning.
Location is great and the neighborhood is safe with lots of grocery stores and restaurants near by.
Overall, I have a pleasant stay in the hotel and would love to stay there again.

100% recommend. We would stay here again if we go back to Barcelona. Perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood was clean, safe, and a great location for restaurants. The Sagrada Familia was only a couple blocks away. Barcelona is very walkable. We chose to do the hop on/off bus the see more of the city.
