Loved our stay.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were helpful, everything was super clean, and the in room dining was great! It was the perfect location to walk anywhere.

Very impressive hotel, stately and elegant. Breckfast buffet was outstanding.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, and the reservation process was quick and easy. Before my arrival, I tried contacting the hotel to arrange airport transportation, but I never received a response. During my stay, I experienced a very concerning incident. After taking a nap, I was awakened by someone knocking on my door. I asked who it was, but no one responded. Moments later, I heard someone attempting to open my room door. Thankfully, I had the deadbolt engaged. I screamed and asked again who was at the door, and the person immediately closed the door and walked away without saying anything. I called the front desk to report the incident. I was told they would investigate and update me. When I checked out, I brought it up again, and the front desk staff assured me that management would follow up with me by email. Unfortunately, I never received any update. The hotel itself is nice and in a great location, which I appreciated. However, communication with guests needs significant improvement. Not responding to inquiries before arrival and failing to follow up after a serious security concern left me disappointed. I hope the hotel takes guest safety and communication more seriously in the future.

Lovely 25th wedding anniversary stay, will come back again

The property is centrally located. Facilities are clean with excellent staff. Excellent response from staff. Food is excellent

Beautiful hotel. Lovely Spa. Expensive breakfast. Really enjoyed

Housekeeping can do with some improvement.. not sensitive to needs, what has been consumed, etc

A good centrally located hotel. The staff were very professional. We had evening meals in the hotel twice and the food was good, although the main course was too much for me. On the next occasion we ate in I had two starters, which was adequate, and the staff were very willing when I asked if this was possible. We had breakfast once, but I really couldn't justify spending so much when all I wanted was some muesli, fruit and a pot of tea. The spa was excellent, and the whole place was kept very clean.

Beautiful facilities in the heart of the city, spa access, delicious breakfast
