No greetings whatsoever when I checked in. Strike one.
Language difficulty. You need staff that is courteous , AND that speaks basic English. Strike two.
You REMOVED the free coffee in the morning. Strike three.
I had to ask for toilet paper and soap. Strike four.
The mute older lady had a serious attitude. Strike five.
The sheet was filthy and smelling. Strike six. Thank God I had brought my old silk liner!
To the owner: Please bring back the coffee, and try to teach manners to the staff.

低於平均 Do yourself a favor and spend $10-20 more to stay at a better place. Dirty, bathroom was corroded, ceiling/wall full of stains. Because the room was so small without a window, it gets humid and musty.
