No airport shuttle at a business hotel near the airport is a negative

低於平均 Our room looked pretty worn out. The tv didn’t work, lamp didn’t work, sink was plugged. When I asked to switch to another room, they made me feel guilty and then never swapped out the bedding we requested after for it accommodate a two people.
