The A/C was not keeping up (and seemed to reset itself to 74 degrees every time we left the room), the TV would not connect to stream until bedtime on our last night (despite having someone take a look multiple times), the Satellite TV signal kept cutting out during the storms, and both elevators were down for several hours.
The staff was great though. It was clean. Location was pretty convenient, but overall our experience was soured by the factors listed above.
If you go, I hope your experience is way better. You and your money deserve that.

Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, there were issues with the air conditioner, it ran the whole time and you could hear dripping, maintenance was set up. Nothing really was done. There was a piece of metal showing in the bathroom, not fixed. There were issues in the bathroom, issues with light fixtures, issues with the elevator. This was a one night trip kind of disappointing.
