Fantastic hotel, fantastic service and fantastic staff. I would like to particularly appreciate Ms Puja Sengupta, MS Prajakta Tambe, Mr Tejas Panchikar for going above and beyond to help me.

Good and mini bar a rip off snd avoid it at all costs. Airport taxi from hotel is also a rip off

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was huge.

Locker did not work. Water was leaking and also water dripped in the bathroom. Property seems new but plumbing looks awful. Checkin experience was good but my complaints were not taking seriously. I told them I will Not stay again and front desk cared nothing to get my business back.

Room was kept clean. Staff were friendly. Except the fact that I had asked for a single double bed, but initially they flogged me with single beds and I explained I had checked before and had sent personal confirmation of email too

Breakfast was very very good: variety, quality and staff. Room was great, but I had to be firm on wanting the view of the hills instead of the solid wall of apartments. Shops nearby: best is the beer stores across/over the highway out front. Not a very nice neighborhood around the hotel, but the metro station right out front gave you access to the entire city, to the beach area with decent restaurants and all the way to the Colaba Area. It is much cheaper and faster than taxis. Walking to the corner to the left of hotel was a KFC that was good (after eating vegetarian for most of my month long stay in India). Pool up on the roof is a great place to hang out, swim and walk around on the roof. Too bad it closes at 8pm. I choose this hotel for convenience and familiarity. It compares competently to the 5 star Taj hotels I’ve stayed at in Mumbai in the past.
