Beautiful room with original details and large modern bathroom with great facilities. Whilst the outdoor pool and spa area is being renovated and built they are managing alternate facilities very well. Well made cocktails with a few interesting twists and good menu. So much space to kick back and relax and for kids to run and play without disturbing others.

The spa facilities are excellent as is the food. The staff in the restaurant were lovely - friendly and enthusiastic. They were a pleasure to talk to.

The check in and check out was seamless. The room was clean. The swimming pool could have been cleaner. Saw old plaster and various debris in the water which dampened the experience a bit. The rest of amenities were great.

很好 Suite had no study area / phone charging facilities. TV in the bedroom did not offer the services of the main Tv. No where to sit and prepare to fine. Coffee machine needed updating….drinks were only warm once poured.
Bar area a little untidy and empty glasses were moved by us to make room to sit

Our room was perfect. Nice decor and the bed was so comfortable with lovely bedding. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Lovely roll top bath and toiletries provided. Great location, right opposite the spa and there was even a sauna and 2 hot tubs outside our room. The decor of the public rooms was gorgeous with cosy log fires and comfortable sofas and chairs. The service from everyone was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. Great food and drinks. Will definitely stay here again
