Staff was amazing. Reservations were canceled at another hotel and they expedited a reservation there

The only complaint is the room we were in felt damp. It had been a rainy weekend, so maybe that is why.

My stay was only for one night. I chose this hotel based on online reviews and because it is a small property. However, I found the cleanliness to be lacking: the hallways were completely wet, and the bedding in the room did not look fresh or clean. The sheets were wrinkled and even had small orange spots on them. Additionally, there were not enough towels in the bathroom and no body soap provided for the shower. This hotel is not cheap, so I felt I paid far too much money for what I actually received. While the room and bathroom look very spacious in the photos, it is just a visual impression—the bathroom is actually quite small. I didn't request a room change because I arrived exhausted and we just wanted to shower, sleep, and hit the road again the next day. The hotel itself is small and cozy. I believe that if these cleanliness issues are addressed, it would be a wonderful place to stay.

Very convenient

The room was clean, spacious, the staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good, staff were constantly cleaning and refilling.

Would stay again . Rooms clean , great breakfast more than any hotel we have ever stayed at . Two pools granddaughter got to enjoy one of them . The view out back was beautiful.

Staff was very helpful. The property is clean and welcoming. There is a duck feeding area and firepit overlooking the stream that we enjoyed. Breakfast was decent, lots of options.

Customer service was great. Hard working cleaners, breakfast staff! Amazing experience.
