Mistakinly ordered breakfast on second night and this couldn’t be refunded - we were leaving at 5am. Given lunch bags which could not bectaken through srcurity.
The vending machines were pretty much empty for the two days we were there.
Nearly impossible to get milk forvthe room.

I paid extra for the sauna. The reception desk was unoccupied, visitors to the saunas were unclear of the rules and where to get bathrobes.
Nice facilities but lacked staff.
