The staff constantly assumed me and my friend were sharing a room even though they helped us check into separate rooms

the room is small, two people barely had any room to move around, the check-in process involves inputting all the information again which I already did when I booked the room. The staff imposes many rules in terms of where to store the luggage before check in. Early check in costs money, late check out costs money. It felt like that they just wanna take your money without offering much. check in before 3pm costs 2000 per hour, check our after 10 am costs 2000 per hour. no exception. I traveled with an elderly person who wanted to check in early to rest. In US, hotels would let us check in early without charge, but at this hotel, no exception, no mercy

Another business hotel, but it was a good stay. Near a train station that allowed for easier getting around. Average stay

Everyone was friendly and helpful. And i loved wearing the complimentary yukata!

Property was accessible in metro and restaurants that you can eat during late nights

Very accommodating and helpful staff in times of all you need and very warm to entertain you even in late check ins, and also very accessible in transportation and some shops

Very close to public transport, the hotel was clean and rooms were equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The breakfast each morning was also great! Would definitely stay again.
