This a very nice hotel in a great location. Our canal view room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was delicious. It was the service provided by the front desk that truly made this a great stay for. This place was a very good value.

This is a very small boutique hotel with limited facilities. The reception area is quite small with no real seating space, and the lift is small and slow. The rooms are compact and somewhat dark, although they do provide the basic necessities, including a fridge. The shower was good, but housekeeping could be improved. The TV did not work during my stay and its placement in the room was not very convenient. Breakfast is very basic with limited choice, so those looking for a wider selection may be disappointed. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is located down an alley, which can make it a little difficult to find on your first visit, but once you know where it is, getting there is straightforward. Overall, the hotel is suitable if location is your main priority, but do not expect extensive facilities or spacious accommodations.

I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a long time Expedia member and had VIP benefits at this hotel, but all the VIP benefits said was I was going get a few extra points on this stay, which is fine. But when I checked in, my room was upgraded to a giant Canal view room, with a bottle of Prosecco. I was travelling solo, it was SO HOT, I was weary from a long trip, and have travelled solo probably hundreds of times now so I’m used to being a bit stressed and getting the smaller rooms. I’ve NEVER had an upgrade before, so I was literally over the moon texting my entire family and friends telling them how happy I was! The hotel is already in a great location and I was looking forward to it but being able to open my window my first time in Venice and look down over the canal, and relax on my giant bed for siestas from the heat, was truly unforgettable. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay and I will definitely recommend to others even without the upgrades!! :)

Location is very central to most of the key sites. Our room was spacious and clean. The A/C was working very well considering it was very hot outside. The staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and providing info regarding transportation to the airport. There is a common lounge on the 3rd floor overlooking the Rialto Bridge.

The room had a great view of Venice but room old and bathroom in much need of a makeover, moldy and smelly.

Lovely staff service across our stay. Felt really welcome. Lovely breakfast included in our booking - great variety of food and drink options and the coffees were good. Lovely air conditioned sitting room on level 3. Room was very tidy and the shower was great

The location is unbelievable. The staff are lovely, the rooms large and clean. Highly recommend. I'll definitely want to only stay here on future visits to Venice.
