Shower good. Best vaporetto stop for the hotel is Rialto Mercato. It is the same distance to the hotel as Rialto Vaporetto stop without having to drag your case up and down over the Rialto bridge. Listen to receptionist for best places to eat. Good stay.

Our hotel concierge, Monia was so efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The room was large and comfortable with windows overlooking the canal. The room was very clean and a bottle of champagne on ice was waiting for us. Breakfast was included with many delicious options, We were directed by porters at the train station to a private boat to get to the hotel and paid 70 Euros. Only to find out that the hotel we were staying at was across the rialto bridge and canal. We dragged our luggage and climbed endless steps to cross over. When we asked her she informed us that the public water taxi was 2 minutes from where we were staying and no steps. The cost for a water taxi was only $9 Euros. She also made us aware of the train strike just in case we would be affected, thank God we weren’t. Monia was super helpful and very friendly. Loved this hotel and friendly staff.

great location next to the canal and bridge, amazing views of the water while you eat breakfast, waterfront dining literally in front of the hotel!

Great central location. Excellent view of the Grand Canal from the bedroom and good air-con. Room a bit tired and some mould in the bathroom.

The entire staff was super friendly especially Silvia who helped us coordinate transportation and the water taxi directly to the airport! Room was awesome with a view of the main canal. Location was perfect to walk the entire city. Will be staying there again!

Don't expect a large hotel. This is a small, cute and comfy hotel. The rooms are small, so space seems tight especially if you have large bags. The location is very good, close to Rialto bridge. Water bus stops are right across the canal, you will have to cross Rialto bridge. Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Breakfast was nice. I wouldn't recommend the private transfer option from railway station. Not worth 200 euros. I still had to wait outside station and took over an hour to reach hotel.

Great location, very clean hotel, and exceptionally helpful staff! We arrived before check-in, and the team kindly held our luggage while recommending several great nearby lunch spots. They also helped arrange a water taxi to Murano so we could experience the glass-blowing process, and coordinated transportation to our cruise ship the following day, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Venice. The outstanding service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We spent two nights, and we’re very pleased with the customer service we received. Both of the ladies working the front desk were amazing! The hotel is dated, some areas seem well worn, but it is a great location, and they were extremely helpful with information on how to navigate Venice, including booking private water taxis for us. They included breakfast was a plus, the breakfast toast was very busy, but managed to keep things running very smoothly!
