it was a nice stay, staff was very kind alongside house keeping when asking questions or showing concerns, they was always upfront and polite.

Very nice place to stay!

I stayed here for one night and was disappointed with the experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke, the bed did not seem clean, and I even saw a cockroach. The door lock did not feel secure, and there was constant noise from doors and shutters throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. Parking was also inconvenient and poorly managed, adding to the frustration. Since I was only staying one night, I did not complain, but I would not stay here again. The only positives are the beachfront location and the affordable price. Unfortunately, those benefits do not outweigh the cleanliness, maintenance, and security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My family and I have been staying here for 20 years. It use to be in worse shape than it is now we stay here at least once a month sometimes more I’ve even booked a room two years ago for 20 some days in November I take my own cleaning stuff and my own bed cover my own trash bags even my own pans it’s like home away from home for us. I’ve stayed other places, but we definitely love Polynesian, especially in the winter months.

Needs to be upgraded

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed! Yuck!

The hallway was very dirty and loud the door to the parking garage was slammed quite frequently all day and night Room and bathroom were in in need of some repairs

Found roaches as soon as we walked into the room. Had the neighbors drunk, yelling and knocking on our door. Also the beach was blocked off and we couldn't enjoy beach access unless we walked quarter to a half mile down. Was also charged a higher amount by Expedia then had to pay extra on top of what I overpaid when I checked out. Definitely will choose elsewhere next trip.

Very old and not maintained. Poor service...had no room service at all. I cannot believe Expedia would even participate in a hotel of this poor quality.

Son racistas y mentirosos hablan de política que no podían aceptar a mi mascota por que era pibull pero cuando me Comuniqué con expidia en esos mismo intantes pasa alguien más con un pibull más pequeño y me dice que se queda en ese lugar entonces ella mientes de sus políticas al principio le hablé a mi hijo en español y comenzó a tratar diferente esto es el peor sitio que fui gracias a Dios expedía cambio mi hospedaje y no me quedé ahí
