Good business hotel.

Liked our stay alot

The location was good.

Walls weirdly thin but otherwise I was surprised by how much I loved this hotel. Gym access is incredible. Location is fantastic. Rooms look great, thoughtfully designed. Staff super kind and helpful. But yes I could hear like… every phone alarm, bathroom habits of neighbours, etc.

Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but.... Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles. And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were in developing country). While we were on the 13th floor, the loud noise of the traffic below (honking of horns, ambulance, etc) made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The beds were LUMPY. OVERALL, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great location. No AC, fan delivered in middle of night vs when ordered.

Hotel very clean and friendly staff. We had a lake view, absolutely gorgeous! We also had dinner the first night and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with lovely large rooms. Just a 15 minute walk to Tivoli gardens.

While the lobby and restaurant areas appear well-maintained, the hotel room gives the impression of being somewhat dated. Our primary concern was the lack of air conditioning. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly.

The hotel was perfect, it was clean, well kept and in a good location, approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the main area of town. Staff checked us in early, which was super appreciated!!!
