Todo bien

Es un gran hotel desde su personal, sus comidas, restaurantes.. todo me fascinó volvería nuevamente

The situation was with the room, that was not clean very well before we get there. Toothpaste was in the bath and too much sand in the room and we are not in the beach

Very fun an a lot of activities

Es un hotel hermoso, su piscina es bella e impresionante. Pero hay varias fallas que dificultan tu estadía. La primera es que en el área de la piscina que es demasiado extensa solo tienen una mesera. No se si fue por ser lunes a viernes nuestra estadía pero el entretenimiento en la piscina fue casi nulo. La atención del personas fue bien variada, alguno extremadamente amables otros ni te querían atender. En cuanto a la comida los restaurantes eran buenísimos pero el buffet tienen q mejorarlo no tienen mucha variedad y no reponen los alimentos rápidos. Hermoso pero con cositas que mejorar.

We had a very nice stay at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had many good options. The pools and beach were beautiful, and we enjoyed our time there. We would stay again.

This resort is one of the best. I recommend this place for a family vacation or for a solo trip.

Excelente, el trato del personal fue increíble. Las actividades para los niños, y para adultos muy buenas. Los restaurantes excelentes. Las facilidades hermosas, en fin, unas vacaciones increíbles!

Had an overall very good trip and experience. The Resort is large and well maintained. Many of the guests (maybe 60%-70%) tended to be locals from the Dominican Republic while the rest a mixture of American and European tourists. The staff tended to be a mixture of very cordial all the way down to somewhat indifferent but overall they offered good service. Positives were that no reservations required for the specialty restaurants so that they were not already booked by the time you get there which was great. Another good positive was that the whole resort and restaurants were casual dining (basically no bathing suits or sleeveless shirts) which was nice if you do not like having to pack dress pants and dress shoes on your island vacation. The buffet was crazy crowded when we went so we never went again. The beach was covered in seaweed the whole week we were there both on the sand and in the water so we did not get to try it out either. There were also great looking waterslides (which we did not get to try) and shows in the evening (which we did not attend). Definitely plan on returning and trying everything else out to see how we feel about the complete experience.
