Wonderfull place to stay at, clean and nice staff. Recommend.

We had a simple maintenance issue with a toilet from the moment we walked in. For 3 days I called and requested a repair. Simply replacing the components inside the tank especially the flapper would have easily fixed the problem. If you can’t figure it out in 3 attempts just replace the entire toilet and remedy the problem. But NO, I had to be the official toilet flusher. For our entire stay the lid stayed off the toilet, I had to add additional water to the tank for each flush and manually hold the flapper open to allow enough water to clear the bowl. No real problem to me however, the other guest in the room did not fully appreciate the fact that some one else had to come in each they needed to flush. 😁 Marriott owes me for my services and aggravation!

Staff was very friendly outdoor pool was amazing!

This place looks wonderful and it would be beside a few key points! Zero sound proofing! You hear every door close all night, people on the stairs, people beside you, for sure the people above you! No need for door bells it’s a Hotel. Kids rang door bell at sleeping hours. Need to upgrade pillows at least. Also you pay $15 dollars per day to park on property? Like what for? It’s already a steep price point. You can find same for cheaper.

If it’s in the summer and you want to just relax - book this. I have been coming here off and on for 20 years and the place is consistently top notch. Pros: too many to count: 1.) front desk staff - absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. Kind, courteous, accommodating, helpful. Over the top customer service. 2.) amenities - top notch. Pool and hot tubs clean. Exercise room - amazing. Activities - wonderful. 3.) rooms - clean, well stocked, comfortable. 4.) My husband and I prefer quiet vacations to escape from day to day hassles - this delivers every time. I am so thankful for this place. Many hotels rooms cost $200/night and you don’t get near the stuff you have access to at Willow ridge. I rave about this place to my friends. Everyone has different goals for vacation, but for us this is a home away from home. The employees are wonderful especially front desk - they go above and beyond expectations and it is a breath of fresh air in our current culture. Well done, Willow Ridge. You all make vacation truly wonderful!

The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.

It was absolutely perfect and so clean!
