The rooms are good . Staff are good

The elevator, bathrooms and second floor smelled like baby poop. It was terrible. The room floors was dirty but the sheets were clean. Pool was closed until a life guard was on duty..

Things to know: — if you’re using public transit, the hotel provides a free shuttle to Dulles Airport but not to Reagan International. If you’re landing at Reagan, you can take the blue Metro line from Reagon to Rosslyn Station, then the Silver line to Dulles station; the airport shuttle to the hotel is outside Baggage on the arrivals level. — There are two restaurants at the hotel. O’Malley’s Pub is midrange and offers good pub foods, while Chantilly’s offers a reasonable breakfast buffet. — The pool and whirlpool areas are bigger than most hotels of this class. There is a changing room area adjacent, with locker storage. — The rooms were comfortable, and hot water was not a problem. Wifi was free, but you do need to login on a daily basis.

The front desk was very helpful.

Good place and clean

It was practical for an overnight stay due to a loss of flight.

The state of the hotel and availability of shuttle made it a good choice: there was however no complementary bottle of water to drink upon check in. The latter should be provided.

The staff at the desk told us our room was straight down a hallway. We parked, and found the room was down a completely different hall. One of our company is mobility impaired, and the extra walk was difficult. Unacceptable.

Dated and stained. Lots of wear and tear on the inside of rooms. Carpeting buckles and is stained and smells like it has been around for 10+ years. Lounge chair in room is stained and worn. Curtains and windows are smoggy and stained and wrinkled and torn. Feels like a hotel from the 80’s.
