Great hotel. We felt safe and the pool area felt like a resort

This hotel is a beautiful oasis, when you are there you don't feel like you are in the middle of bustling Hollywood. It has a unique old Hollywood charm and the pool area is probably the best in Los Angeles. If you can get a poolside cabana room I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay here

The hotel lacks a proper morning buffet restaurant, which is a major downside. To make matters worse, the cafe opens far too late for early risers. Food convenience definitely needs improvement here.

The beds were surprisingly really uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. No coffee maker in the rooms. Walls were incredibly thin so you heard literally everything, including the cleaning ladies and their conversations. Really wish you had “do not disturb “ signs we could put on the door so you didn’t wake up our family every morning offering room service. The pool was pretty ands our breakfast omelet and staff were nice. Definitely made for a much younger crowd. Most likely wouldn’t book again.

不錯 Towels were not changed on our 1st day, we had to call the front desk. Also Expedia did not denote that there is
1. Additional $37 for Wi-Fi & 2 waters per day. Did not get 2 waters after day 1.
2. There is also a $75.00 per day for valet parking
