Resort was very well kept and staff was excellent. Good food options. Pool areas were great and pool staff for food and drinks was very good. The only real downside to our stay was that the beach area had a lot of seaweed, which was a drawback. This was not unique to this location and was a problem for the whole area.

This property was perfect for our stay. There were 4 of us- 2 adults and 2 kids (7 & 4). It was spacious enough that people weren't on top of each other but small enough that everything was easy to walk and get to. With kids, this was especially nice. One of the thing that stands out immediately is how pristine this property is. I made a few comments on our trip about it. It's super clean, even the pools and dining areas and the gardening was immaculate. The rooms also were super clean. Even with my kids all over the place, I didn't worry once about cleanliness. Pristine is the only way to put it. The property also had a lot of great dining options and events that helped shake up our days a little. All were family friendly which was great for us to bond and share fun moments together. The food was delicious and there were a lot of options. The staff was friendly and caring of everyone in our party. We left thinking we want to go back again soon.

We stayed here with our 1 year old, it was very clean and the food was good. There aren’t very many options compared to other resorts we have stayed at, but they were very accommodating. Additionally, the resort was immaculate. Not the fault of the resort, but the beach was not very nice. The sargassum was everywhere and the beach itself is just not one you can swim.

We had a wonderful time in R.H. The resort was even nicer than we expected. We were met here very friendly wonderful staff, which made our vacation unforgettable! This is pretty nice, very green property. The food was excellent. Both restaurants Los Morales and Kinoko were great experiences. Very easy to make a reservation, just call at 8:30AM and book a table on the same day. We recommend booking a show table in Kinoko with Armondson chef. He was awesome! Room was super clean. We had a condo with bedroom ,kitchen, dining and pull down murphy beds in the living room. Room service was prompt. Large pools was clean and the waiters were always attentive around the pools. Thank you Eduardo and Leo, you made the most delicious drinks! Special THANKS to the awesome activities team (Hector, Charlie, Karim, Josh, Jamir, Rafael)! They all work hard to make our stay interesting and busy. There was plenty of activities daily which are really a lots of fun. Archery, trivia ,bingo, water polo, dancing, cooking class, tennis, pickle ball, cycling, casino, karaoke, evening shows and much more. This was our first time there and we would definitely return and highly recommend Royal Haciendas!

The hibachi style grill was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful besides them trying to sell us on buying a suite or whatever that is about. rooms were kept clean, pools and bars were fantastic.

Everything was great except the beach. Not anything to do with resort but the erosion is taking its toll and seaweed. Everything else was perfect. Take care of the servers staff They don’t make much so they appreciate tips.

My flight was delayed and Rosy let us stay in the room for an extra hour! Great and understanding 👏

For families - The kids club was great. Out 10 year old really enjoyed it. Thank you Ana, Danna, Kitzia and Geo.
