The room toilet was not clean, it seemed that they don't use cleaning products to desinfect.
No good provision of body soap.
The pillow bed was smelly, seemeed not changed.
The square pillow was even worse.
Breakfast is good.
I would suggest personnal at the reception can be seeing upon arrival, you only see a head.
For a 4 star hotel is way far from the 4 star.
3 star the most.

Room was spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Great quiet location - just a quick tram ride into Prague centre.

We really enjoyed our stay . The hotel was very nice and quiet and well located for transport links. We always walked into town via the river which was a lovely, scenic walk. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return.

WiFi is non-existent, old carpets and furniture… breakfast is a plus, staff is great, but definitely not a great place to stay. It is old and basic
