Excellent location and great room. The pool is closed for maintenance June/July 2026 which is on their hotel website but was not mentioned in Expedia. We wanted to hit the beach so it was not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

The property leads in all listings with photos of its pool. However, embedded in the most unlikely place is the fact that the pool is closed from early June to late July. A trip to Railay beach in the heat of the wet season without a pool is not a holiday folks and no other hotel is open to you using theirs, even for a payment.

Airport TransferComfortable private van to tuk tuk to private boat to Railay very smooth, reliable for both our arrival & departure. These guys worked hard! Housekeeping daily was also reliable & great! Pool guys were awesome especially Boy, they will keep you hydrated. The only person who worked notably hard in the dining area and truly went out of their way to serve us while in the dining area was BoY. If Boy wasn’t there, no one seemed interested or cared in serving us much in the dining area. We would have spent more money in the dining area for high priced drinks but no one seemed to want to work there. It was quite a surprise since we were practically the only people each time. When breakfast was served and people left, none of the plates were cleared timely. Not sure what was going on in the dining area because they just seemed lazy but if Boy was there, he was making sure we had drinks & table was continuously cleared timely so flies don’t collectively hover the dining areas. You don’t need 10 lazy people in a dining area when only 1 truly works. Food was so so so. Gardener was superb! I enjoyed the Landscaping on the premises. He maintained it so pristinely. Pruned and shaped like an expensive home gardener. Lastly Bee & Ploy were also amazing and very welcoming and friendly. Dining was too over priced compared to next door and with the lack of service staff who wanted to work, they should really be charging no more than 100 Bhat! Villa showersneeds regrouting! Mold.

It was worth the price. Nice location, easy to walk to the beaches and the boats. But, it smells from the sea when it’s low tide. This is during dinner and breakfast, and it really smells bad. It wasn’t too much to choose from at the breakfast, and the breads was quite dry. Ended up eating yoghurt and fruit. The room was not noice cancelled well enough, so heard the neighbors from time to time. Monkeys are walking freely here, so watch your stuff. And they are climbing to the top floor. The pool area is nice, with the pool bar, and the rooms are OK. Worth the price, because of the location and the special nature, but nothing more than this.

Great staff

The breakfast had many different options from western to thai food. The pool was the best part, it had a swim up bar and happy hour from 2-5pm!

The service was amazing. The staff is very accommodating, and the resort itself was absolutely gorgeous. everything was nice and clean, including the pool area.

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept. The staff were amazing. The resort doesn't have direct beach access, but west railay beach and phra Nang beach are 10 minutes away. I would recommend this resort.
