Staff was good but woke up at 4am to roaches crawling in the bed and on us

Me hospede en este hotel del 30 de junio al 3 julio y mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. Una vez llegamos al Aeropuerto Reagan de Washington DC fue facil y lijera su ubicacion. Queda de 20 a 25 min de la ciudad de Washigton, todo depende del transito. Tiene a sus alrededores restaurantes de comida rapida, supermerado y gasolineras lo cual fue muy ideal para mi estadia. El desayuno esta incluido y me parecio muy bien. Lo único decepcionante fue que no tenían disponible la piscina pq estaba en total abandono. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Onsite self laundry was 1 washer 1 dryer Room safe didn't work and maintenance was gone for the day and the weekend, was not fixed. Hair in shower when we 1st used it Hair ball in sheets of one bed Sink fill spout only reached 1/2" into the sink bowl making it difficult to use for any purpose TV was small No movie channel access Toilet made a "tea pot" whistle sound for an hour after flushed Staff was friendly and cautious and did what they could I would not plan on staying again unless truly necessary

The front desk staff were terribly rude and unhelpful. We saw a giant rat outside near door and were subjected to an emergency evacuation! I can’t say enough about the staff as they were useless!!

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was simple well stocked and clean. Water pressure wasn’t the best.

Keep it as is

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast lacked variety and single line service was somewhat difficult to maneuver. Open lot parking was adequate but could use better lighting in the side lot. Pool was closed.

Adequate. Decent but not great mattress - a bit soft. Almost zero water pressure. Shower was like in Europe in the 80s - had to nearly run around in it to get wet. Consequently, temp was never truly hot. Leatherette on chairs in common breakfast room all peeling off terribly. Basically looked like giveaways off street curb. Clean enough breakfast area tho. Breakfast typical low end hotel kind but adequate - real sausage but reconstituted eggs. Tasty enough tho. Make your own waffles, cereals , bagels, muffins, toasts, instant oatmeal, bananas, yogurt. Wish there had been hard boiled eggs. Best part of stay was the substantially lower price than just about anywhere else. I’d stay again myself, but not with my wife. She deserves higher quality.

What I expected.

The room was clean and spacious. Towels were refreshed everyday. Outside is a little older but the interior especially the rooms were super nice and recently renovated. Very impressed especially for the price!! Breakfast was great staff were helpful.
