很好 Good choice for a might during a road trip. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It didn't seem like the safest area of town, so we chose to dine at the hotel. The food was good and plentiful.

極佳 We LOVED this hotel. It was located near to everything we wanted to see (with a couple exceptions but uber was no problem) The staff was friendly, the restaurant was good with a great staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Dining in the area was exceptional. We will definitely return.

The hotel connects to TD Arena which is why we initially chose it, but we were so pleased with the hotel overall that we will stay there when we're in the area again.

It is a beautiful hotel with a great staff, and would have been a 5 star stay except for one huge problem. The lock on the door to our room was not working. Anyone could open the door at any time without a key card. We only noticed this late in our stay and had not known how vulnerable our room was. The worst part is that when we told the hotel staff at checkout, she said they already knew about the problem. Downtown Hamilton is already sketchy, and the fact that the hotel could be this derelict with guest safety makes me reluctant to ever bring my family back here.
