Clean room

room serive is not much batter .... but hotel is very quite .... location is very near from the metro station .... biggest mall in Europe is one metro stop far from this hotel ...

Average experience. We always found it difficult to Order an uber to and fro

Always remember what you pay and what you get ...... I like only one thing in this hotel which is very very near to the metro location and in one stop you will get Europe biggest shopping mall West Field where you can get very excellent prices in Normal and Action store chain . room size is ok .... no amenities ... room service not good ... four time call to send us towel ..... inside the metro station good prices Arabic resturent and mini mart .... quite place ... coffee is free but worst .... however hotwater always available which is positive for me .

The hotel was good value for the money. The room was a bit smaller than it appeared but it had all the requisite amenities. The location was close to transportation but the property was initially hard to find. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great place to stay. Very close to the station. Rooms are tidy. One thing is the car park is very hard to find. Overall, that is very good place to stay for family.

The staff is very kind

The heater didn’t work

Nice place, well located, 3 minutes walking from a metro station.

Супер локация, очень удобно добираться везде. Красотища вокруг, отличный парк. Номер 2 комнаты достаточно большой, аккуратный, своя кухня, что для семьи прям топ
