Even though our flight was very early, they arranged breakfast for us there at 5 a.m

Great to have shared facilities with other hotels giving access to restaurants. Upgraded to all inclusive package disappointing that the bar closed by 10.30pm. Staff by the pool were very attentive, slightly slow service at the latitude bar however Gaurav and Rackesh were very welcoming. Hotel now slightly dated, restaurants and food was great throughout.

Clean room, great tasty breakfast, our server Kevin was outstanding.

Fantastic staff super helpful and friendly Rooms are great Stayed all inclusive which is fab - really good options including bubbalicious brunch Only negatives: the amount of building work nearby which goes on 24 hours and the concern that new apartments being built nearby will block the sun once complete meaning the beach is constantly in shade Great option though and would go back

We had a great 9 night stay at the hotel. Le Meriden is part of three hotels - Le Meridien, W hotel and Westin and you can use the facilities, pools, restaurants at each which means the area is huge. The waterpark, beach and play park were brilliant for our kids (1 and 3). The staff are outstanding - special shout out to Mohammed and Jeet working the front door / bags / cases, Rapesh, Thwain, Jasmine and Lakima in the last recipe restaurant who always had a smile and helped keep our boys under control. Location is great - taxis are plentiful and cheap, metro across the road and a carrefour a 3 minute walk away. The only downside was the building work taking place around the property with the works on the road going on until 1/2am. Nothing the hotel can do about it but it is pretty loud!

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Hotel clean, room cleaned to a high standard.
