An excellent stay

For the price, I expected more. The rooms are very outdated, the elevator is extremely small, and the pool is tiny and freezing cold, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked great, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and made our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, there are definitely pros and cons. If modern accommodations are important to you, this may not be the best value, but the friendly service and good breakfast are definite highlights.

Clean rooms and a wonderful staff. The hotel itself is comparable to many others in Positano, but the exceptional customer service sets it apart. The team makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was a very dated property.You had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk to get the pool towels on the top floor . The main restaurant Mirage have extremely, so service, although all we did was order drinks... Staff was very very accommodating though

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and the staff was wonderful!

It was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of town center. They gave us an early check in and helped us out since we arrived early. They helped us books private cars and services , 5 star service. Thank you very much for making our stay amazing .

Our third stay, perfect location and excellent service!

The hotel told us our Ferry was canceled so we had to take a bus to Sorrento and A train to Naples. We found out later the ferry wasn't canceled so we went through all that and lost our Ferry fee Also eating on the deck with the beautiful view was not so great as you had birds going on trying to get your food. You couldn't leave the table.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Posa Posa, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious! Thank you!
