The location is right next to the Central Market. The front desk staff is very helpful. And the room is spacious. The maintenance of the property is not super good. The ceiling light is flashing. The bottom of the bathroom door and the joint part where the shower space and the floor are broken and need to be refinished.

Front desk staff were good. The room was okay but it had an unpleasant smell. Couldn’t tell if it was from the hotel or surrounding area. Breakfast didn’t start until 8am which was too late for us to try. Location was good.

Ideal location-perfect for exploring the old town. Nice room, and very comfy bed. We felt the photo of the inner balcony was a bit deceiving as it was actually shared and broken into three sections for other rooms by rolling plants making it far from private...this was not represented in the booking photo which showed the entire space. Also a bit disappointed at the extra 50 euro/per night charge to make up the extra bed...yet no blanket or extra towel was provided. Great hotel just disappointing in a few areas.

Positive: Great location, very convenient, close to the old town and cafes. Very friendly staff, clean place. Comfortable and quiet room. Nice hotel with details that set it apart. Negative: None.

Staff are always great here and the room is very clean and well appointed. The Junior Suite is worth the upgrade.

Room was lovely, very big and spacious. The breakfast was 1 of the best we have had.

We booked this hotel for the pool which we were not allowed to use because it might rain (it didn’t). Manager would not speak to us about it. Really poor attitude from staff.
