極佳 I am a female traveler with special needs traveling alone. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I felt safe and well cared for. Thank you so much. I have now arrived home safely in the USA.

極佳 This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the world. I've stayed at the Trident three times over the past few years, and each time has been a perfect experience. World class accomodations at an entirely affordable price: about the cost of an average hotel stay in the US, but far exceeds expectations for that price range. I've traveled both alone and with my family, and both experiences were equally satisfying. Next time I'll remember to take pictures.

The staff at the hotel are very well mannered and friendly
The rooms are clean and well maintained
They offer several very good amenities
The breakfast is very good .
The restaurant manager was very accommodating
He managed to get us what we asked for . We asked for cake in the morning to celebrate our granddaughters birthday . He got it for us with a candle . I asked for a fruit not in the buffet and he sourced that too.
The staff at the check in counter were also very accommodating.
We will definitely make this our stop on our next trip to Chennai

We checked in and they gave us a smoking room saying that they don’t have any other rooms. We had booked a non smoking room. It was terrible to stay in a smoking room. I had to go to the staff the next day to give us a non smoking room.
