Great hotel under the brand at that location. Hotel however does need a bit of upgrade though. Wasn’t too impressed with room as there are following designs issues: 1) Power sockets at the desk area. The universal socket is under the desk, making it difficult to use. The sockets above the table are at the extreme end, making it far from the working space. I ended using the smaller, narrow side table instead. 2) Electrical switches can be better located. The toilet’s switches are right beside the entrance, when it should be nearer to the toilet itself. 3) The hanging lamp at the sink soils have been placed at the other side when the entrance to the toilet is narrow. I hit it several times. 4) The light switches in the room can be better segmented. Can’t do selective powering off/on. Apart from the room, the breakfast looked extensive, but there actually weren’t much options. I must however compliment the breakfast crew, especially the lady who made my omelette in the morning. She’s always courteous n smiling.

Great hotel! Very fancy and comfortable. All the staff spoke English. We stayed on a high floor that had a bath tub big enough for two with a view of the city. Granted, the view was rather industrial from our side of the building, but we still thought it was cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has No air conditioning, no air exchange. Window has to be opened to get fresh air. Once window opened it's very noisy day and night because close to port. Shocked for the name of Sheraton.

This is a great hotel and very modern. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The wifi was not good at all but it never is in China.

Room was nice and clean. Beautiful city view among business district.

Nice hotel in the Free Trade Zone; close to line 6 of Shanghai Metro

The concierge staff was not very helpful. My colleague's luggage was lost and we could not get helpful advice on where to shop for replacement clothes. The Bay Leaf Café food was dreadful.
