Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. Wished the pool was not placed out front.

Upon check-in, the front desk agent provided us with our room key. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed an opened condom wrapper lying on the desk chair, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and inspection of the room. In addition, there was a noticeable spot on the bed linen. We returned to the front desk to report these issues. What was equally disappointing was the lack of concern, empathy, or apology from the front desk agent. There was no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation, and we were simply assigned a different room. After moving to the second room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We again contacted the front desk and were informed that someone from Engineering would be sent to address the issue. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived, and the problem remained unresolved for the duration of our stay. The combination of cleanliness concerns, inadequate room conditions, poor follow-up, and the lack of customer service from the front desk staff made for a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The ptoperty itself was pretty decent. They are doing renovations. The staff was nice, but the breakfast was not good and not worth the amount charged.

I paid $200 for a hotel that worth $100 I was expecting a little bit more.

Las habitaciones no están buenas

When I arrived, the staff was very helpful, professional kind, and smiling. They even got me help with bringing my items up to my room. Breakfast was great. Staff and maids were excellent. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Property was clean. This is my second stay here it was great. Only thing I think that toilets need to be a little bit higher for tall people thank you very much Marriott.

Puedo dar la peor opinión sobre mi estancia en la instalación. La primera noche tuvimos que movernos de habitacion a la 1.00 am por que no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado, demaciado calor, afectando nuestro descanso. La siguiente noche tampoco funcionaba en la segunda habitación y tubimos que esperar a q solucionaran el problema. La puerta del closet descolgada, no funcionaba y lamparas que no prendieron. La piscina estaba sucia. La persona q nos hiso el check out, muy poco agradable y desatenta. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.
