低於平均 I had trouble opening the door to my room. I had to keep trying both keys over & over before the door opened. I had the keys reset twice. This did not help. When I came down to the exercise room my key would not work at all. The person behind the desk could not open it either. Also they charged me $27 for parking which was not mentioned when I made the reservation.

低於平均 I didn't appreciate an extra charge for parking 25dlls a day. When I booked the hotel there was no mention of this. Breakfast was poor and only from 6 to 9 am. Who eats that early. There was no coffee or water during the day. If you want you can by a water bottle for 4 bucks! Definitely never stay there again.

很好 Close to the airport. The only issue I had was 2 weeks before my trip I was told a shuttle would pick us up from the airport but we were not told shuttle starts at 5pm. Breakfast was good. Easy access to public transportation next time we know.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We heard the planes flying overhead, so not the best sleep. And the shuttle was running late, so we waiting at the airport for a very long time.
