Parking was brilliant. Most staff were really nice. Food was very good.

We stayed for 1 night and it was perfectly comfortable for us. The hotel is an older building so you expect that things are slightly worn and dated but overall staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help us, breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options

We stay here because it is convenient for visiting family. The bed was comfortable however with the high temperature it was difficult to sleep. The fan is not adequate enough to cool down the room. We have stayed here lots of times however the shower in this room was the worst one that we had.

Good location, parking was plentiful and appeared safe. Hotel room was clean as were the linens and towels however our room was above the bar and you could hear people chatting downstairs. The shower was small but functional, although the shower door was broken. Corridors to the rooms were tired and needed some tlc. Unfortunately we had to leave early so couldn't enjoy breakfast to it's fullest but the buffet bit was well stocked although some pastries would have been welcome as we couldn't wait for a cooked breakfast. All in all good value for the money we paid

Good options on the breakfast menu

Great staff, great food, and comfortable bed in a convenient location, only thing I would say is breakfast was a bit lacking, only a small tray of pastries and they were gone within seconds then it's a 20-30 min wait for more, also cooked breakfast seemed to take ages to come out.

Excellent staff needs a serious overhaul very dated

Great room and stay All good

Mouldy bathroom with no proper shower (a hose on the taps). Boiling hot even in April due to hot water pipes running through the room. Breakfast waitress super rude. Hotel manager not available at the time and has since ignored all emails. Have complained to Best Western and Hotels.com

Breakfast was fantastic. Should be a better buffet option, but the hot food was fantastic. Staff were incredible. Rooms are from the 1970s.
