Great Hotel not too far from the City.

We left something in the room and called the hotel after check out. They found the item and kept for us to pick up. Great customer service. We loved the fruit bowl, too.

Clean room

The room was not ready at 4…had to wait until 5 pm to get in. We had to ask for housekeeping. One water for 3 people. Forgot to give us towels. Hotel needs to be remodeled it is dated and old. No room service.

It was pretty good. No specific issues.

This was excellent stay and experience at the property. It’s clean attractive, plush bedding, gourmet meals and I love the very close by parking garage for convenience

Nice clean modern hotel catering to Boston business crowd. Restaurant was good but pricey ( to be expected around Boston.) Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Westin! Super clean, accommodating staff, delicious breakfast. We will be back!

This hotel was very well manicured. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was so comfortable and plush. I buried myself in all the down and had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I’m also a gym rat and it was nice to see that that also was well maintained, updated equipment and clean all around.
